Strategic Messaging for VA's Office of Transition and Economic Development (OTED)

I developed the strategic communications plan* and executive briefing to promote the Women’s Health Transition Training (WHTT) course—a VA program that helps transitioning Servicewomen and women Veterans understand and use their earned health care benefits. The communications focused on building trust and increasing awareness of VA’s gender-specific health services. I created targeted messaging, briefing content, and outreach tools tailored to this fast-growing audience. The strategy emphasized one message: VA is valuable, desirable, and convenient.
